- All content on this website, including product designs, images, and text, are the intellectual property of darninglights.
- You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its normal operations.
2. Orders
- All orders are processed in the order they are received.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to fraud suspicion or lack of availability.
3. Courier & Delivery
- Domestic delivery takes approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery (if available) may take 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- The courier partner will attempt delivery three times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, and the shipment is returned to origin (RTO), the customer may be held liable for the return shipping charges.
- Delays caused by the courier company are not under our control. However, we will provide full support to help track and expedite such issues via tracking links sent upon dispatch.
4. Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.
