Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• All handmade items are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (India):

• Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

• Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery Attempts:

• Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times.
• If the delivery fails and is returned to us (RTO), it is determined to be due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability), re-shipping and RTO charges will be borne by the customer.

Tracking Information:

• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email and text message on the contact number as provided.

Delays:

• We are not responsible for delays in transit or customs.
• However, our team will assist in expediting the resolution through the courier service where possible.
