Cancellation & Refund Policy

At darninglights, every product is handmade with care and attention. As a result, we have specific guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation - 10% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Any cancellation requested after 24 hours - 20% of the total amount will be charged. 
  • Cancellation requests cannot be processed once the order has been packed and handed over to the courier.

For Customised Orders: 

Refunds for customised orders after 24 hours will be decided by the team. 

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for any product due to the handmade and personalized nature of our items.
  • Refunds will not be issued unless the product is proven to be damaged in transit. 

Conditions for Return & Refund Policy

  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving approval for the return, with the shared instructions by our team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the damage is determined to be caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, and the customer reports the damage within 24 hours of delivery, along with an uncut unedited video proof showing the unpacking.

If the above conditions are met, we will provide a one-time exchange for the same or similar item, subject to availability.
